Parcher Marketing LLC was founded by Apryl and Ken Parcher in January of 2015 and succeeds Apryl’s prior company of many years, Apryl Parcher Freelance Writing Services, LLC. As in APFWS, Apryl concentrates on marketing, copy writing, and social media services while Ken handles graphic, website and landing page design, build and maintenance. Among their associates, both Ken and Apryl participate in NuSpark Marketing, a virtual agency, Apryl as Executive Director of Social Media and Ken a Creative Director, providing our clients additional talent and marketing expertise available to expand our skill set as needed.
Ken comes from a family background of artists, designers and entrepreneurs. As a graphic artist, web designer and co-founder of Parcher Marketing Associates, he has been designing websites, landing pages, and print materials for almost two decades. Using Act-On and Pardot, he has produced integrated, conversion landing pages for such companies as 3D2B, Bridgestreet, Deluxe, and Galileo.
Ken’s specializes in WordPress design because of it’s unparalleled flexibility to allow clients to make changes swiftly and easily to adapt to changing conditions. His other talents include developing logos as well as designing graphics and layouts for e-books, white papers and other lead-generating content.
When he’s not tied to the computer, Ken enjoys reading, painting and water sports (especially sailing with Apryl).
Co-Founder of Parcher Marketing Associates, Apryl Parcher is first and foremost a communicator. Before specializing in Social Media Marketing, Apryl was an award winning freelance writer, journalist and editor—so she approaches social from a “content first” perspective. She has written lead generating online content for businesses across the United States and Europe, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, and was personally trained by Michael A. Stelzner in writing corporate white papers.
In 2009 she studied social media with Mari Smith and became certified as a Social Media Strategist. Shortly thereafter she began working with her husband Ken to help businesses build a social media presence and navigate the new digital marketing landscape, which includes creating content and social strategies for business that drive traffic, build brand, and foster long-lasting profitable relationships with customers.
In 2012 she partnered with Kathryn Rose to co-author an Amazon Best-Selling book, Solving the Social Media Puzzle: 7 Simple Steps to Planning a Social Media Marketing Strategy for Your Business, as well as a companion workbook. She has also ghost-written other books and blogs for leading social media experts, and has shared the speaking stage with Mari Smith and other social media authors such as Dan Zarrella, Neal Schaffer and Chris Treadaway.
When she’s not writing or consulting, Apryl loves reading, gardening, enjoying nature (especially bird-watching), and sailing with Ken.
